Sky Candy Fireworks services the Tampa Bay area of West/Central Florida for our Consumer Products. We have secured a seasonal site for the 4th of July which will officially be open from 06-25-2011 (Saturday) through the 4th of July (Monday). ALL internet orders must be picked up from this location. Our seasonal location will be at 408 East Brandon Boulevard, Brandon, Florida. Click the following link for a printable Location Map. • Orders being shipped require a $1000 minimum purchase. We do not ship under this amount because the cost of shipping to the customer is prohibitive.

• Fireworks cannot be shipped via USPS (mail), UPS ground or FedEx ground. We cannot ship to APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses in any state.

• Orders are shipped common carrier (truck freight) to your destination “FOB Shipping Point” Riverview, Florida. Buyer pays shipping costs and takes responsibility for the goods when they leave the seller’s premises.

• Payment in full (including product, shipping, and sales tax when applicable) must be arranged before the order can be shipped---No C.O.D.'s.

• Contact us for shipping rate quotes. Charges are calculated by the weight of the order and the destination zip code. Once your order ships, transit time varies from 1-3 days, depending on were you are located.

• All orders must include an executed “Hold Harmless Release Form”* agreement before any order is confirmed and shipped.

• When placing your order, please determine if you want your delivery to a business, terminal, or residence. After your order ships, we will contact you with a tracking # and trucking company information.

• Special delivery instruction may incur extra charges including residential delivery, multiple stops, and lift gate services.

• NOTICE: Always inspect your order upon arrival for damages or shortages. Any damages or shortage must be noted on the bill of lading (delivery receipt) BEFORE you sign it. Any claims should be filed with the trucking company but forward any information to us so we can assist you in making a claim. Sky Candy Fireworks will not be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen merchandise.

• NOTICE: We are not responsible for any injuries or property damage that may occur from the use of our fireworks. Never let children under the age of 18 handle fireworks! Please see our General Safety Tips for the safe handling of fireworks.

• NOTICE: To avoid confiscation or possible fines, make sure that fireworks are legal in your area. Neither sky Candy Fireworks nor do the shipping company know the specific county or local laws which apply in your area and are not responsible for your use of our merchandise.
